Hi, I'm Aisling. I'm a wife and a mum to two fabulous young adults. Supporting others has always been at the heart of who I am. From an early age, I felt drawn to helping people navigate life's challenges and reconnect with their inner strength. For many years, I worked closely with teenagers, supporting them through some of their most difficult and formative years. This work deepened my understanding of how early experiences, belief systems, and emotional wounds can shape our confidence, self-esteem, behaviors, and sense of self well into adulthood. Driven by a desire to understand the mind more deeply, I pursued a degree in Psychology and Sociology. Through this, I gained powerful insights into human behavior, emotional patterns, and the subconscious mind—shedding light on why so many people feel stuck despite their desire for change. My journey eventually led me to train as a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner (RTT®) under the internationally renowned Marisa Peer. RTT beautifully combines hypnotherapy, neuroscience, psychology, and transformational coaching to create profound and lasting change—often in just a few sessions. Today, I help women release anxiety, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs so they can step into confidence, clarity, and the life they know they are meant to live. My approach is compassionate, empowering, and deeply client-centered, creating a safe space for true transformation to unfold. During an RTT® session, clients enter a relaxed state through hypnosis, allowing them to access their subconscious mind. This helps uncover limiting beliefs and emotional blocks. The therapist guides clients in reframing these beliefs, leading to positive changes in their mindset and behavior.
Yes, hypnosis is a safe and natural process. It guides clients into a relaxed state while keeping them aware and in control. You cannot be made to do anything against your will, and you’ll always be conscious of your surroundings. At the end of the session, I’ll gently bring you back to full awareness, leaving you feeling amazing and fully transformed.
No, you will not lose control during an RTT® session. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused relaxation, and you will remain fully aware and in control throughout the process. You cannot be made to do anything against your will, and you can choose to come out of the trance at any time if you don’t feel comfortable. The goal is to empower you to explore your thoughts and feelings safely and effectively.
After an RTT® session, you may experience a profound sense of relief and clarity. Clients often notice positive shifts in their thoughts and behaviors as they integrate the changes made during the session. It’s essential to listen to your personalized recording for at least 21 days to reinforce this transformation. Think of it like tending to a garden: during the therapy session, we weed out old beliefs and plant new seeds. You’ll need to go home and nurture those new beliefs to cultivate a beautiful garden of growth.
