An RTT session is usually 90 minutes, but I always recommend you give yourself a 2-hour block of time, so we don’t need to rush.
The experience feels different for everyone. Some people feel a floating sensation, some people feel sleepy, but most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working.
No. You are in charge. You cannot be made to do anything against your will. You are awake and alert, and aware of everything that is happening throughout the session.
You can. Everyone can. As long as you are willing to enter hypnosis, you will. It’s an easy enjoyable and thoroughly relaxing process.
If you go back to scenes that are traumatic in any way, it’s important to remember that you are not re-living that scene, you are simply reviewing it and are totally safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions, so you can release old wounds and start your healing journey.
If you uncover something that you don’t wish to share, that is totally fine. I will still be able to help you resolve it as long as you can tell me how that scene is affecting you, i.e, how it’s making you feel.
The number of sessions depends on your unique situation. RTT is a very powerful technique so most issues can be resolve in as little as one to three session. Deeper or more complex issue may require additional sessions.
There are three types of change from RTT – every person is different.
Absolutely. All sessions are completely confidential. I would never share any personal information without your consent.
Online sessions are conducted over zoom and are equally as effective as face-to-face sessions. Zoom is a free platform and is very easy to use. Some people actually prefer online sessions as you don’t need to travel and can relax in the comfort of your own home.
